About Author:
Dr. Marwan Ibrahim Al-Kaysi, born in 1950 at Irbid, Jordan, was educated at Sharia College in Amman, Al-Karawiyn University in Morocco and Manchester University in the UK. During 1978 he held the position of Director of Education in the ministry of Islamic Affairs in Amman. In 1980 he was appointed Lecturer of Islamic Culture in the University of Yarmouk, Irbid.
